In the setting the “milgrain” technique is used in an expert manner. The shank is also partially inlaid with diamonds. The jewel is made of 18K-white gold. Around the tourmaline 66 diamonds are placed in the oriental ornament, inlaid in the nielloed gold. Elegant ornament stressed by the black coating, refers to the vintage jewelry, which were usually made in silver and also had dark coating. The setting is lifted above the shank of the ring.
